Navigator Holdings Ltd. Announces 2018 Annual Meeting

London, England, July 30, 2018 – Navigator Holdings Ltd. (“Navigator”) (NYSE: NVGS), the owner and operator of the world’s largest fleet of handysize liquefied gas carriers, advises that its 2018 Annual Meeting (the “Meeting”) will be held on September 12, 2018. The Meeting will be held at The Coral Beach and Tennis Club, Bermuda at 09:00 local time. The record date (the “Record Date”) for voting at the Meeting, at which Board of Directors will be elected and to ratify the appointment of KPMG LLP as the Company’s independent public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2018 is set to July 24, 2018. The notice, agenda and associated material will be distributed prior to the meeting.
